Solar Control High-performance Glass

Solar control high-performance glass is a type of glass that is designed to provide superior performance in terms of solar control, energy efficiency, and comfort. It is typically made by coating the glass with a thin layer of metal oxide or other materials that selectively reflect or absorb solar radiation. Solar control high-performance glass is designed to reduce the amount of solar heat that enters a building, while still allowing natural light to pass through. This helps to reduce the amount of energy needed to cool the building, resulting in lower energy costs and a more comfortable interior environment. In addition to its solar control properties, high-performance glass can also provide other benefits such as improved thermal insulation, sound reduction, and UV protection. It is available in a range of colors and thicknesses to suit different applications and design requirements.

Figured Glass - Clear and Coloured

Figured glass, also known as patterned glass, is a type of decorative glass that features various patterns or designs imprinted on its surface. The patterns are created by passing a semi-molten glass sheet through a set of rollers or molds that imprint the pattern onto the glass surface. Figured glass can be made in a variety of patterns and designs, including textured, frosted, or colored options. The patterns can range from simple designs such as lines or dots to more intricate designs such as floral or geometric patterns.
Application
Figured glass is commonly used in decorative applications, such as in interior design, furniture, and architecture. It can be used to provide privacy, diffuse light, or add a decorative touch to a space.

Mirrors

Mirror glass is manufactured by coating float glass with silver or aluminum plus additional layers of protective coating to one side of the glass, which reflects light and creates a mirror-like surface. Mirror glass is commonly used in a variety of applications, including home décor, furniture, and commercial buildings. It can be used to create decorative mirrors, mirrored walls, and mirrored furniture, as well as in practical applications such as mirrors for bathrooms and dressing rooms, customized with different frame styles, beveled or flat edges, and other decorative features. All mirrors comply with European standard EN1036 and are certified Eco-friendly.
Application
For Bedroom Dressers, Bathroom, and Gym Mirrors, and Partitions in Clear mirrors and in Bronze, Grey, Blue, and Green Mirrors for Interiors,

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass also known as toughened glass is produced by heating the glass to a very high temperature (typically above 620°C) and then rapidly cooling it. This process, called tempering, creates a glass that is much stronger than regular glass, as it is able to withstand greater thermal and mechanical stresses. Tempering makes the glass much stronger and more resistant to breakage than regular float glass. One of the main advantages of tempered glass is its safety properties. When tempered glass does break, it shatters into small, rounded pieces rather than sharp, jagged shards, reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, tempered glass is more resistant to thermal stress, and wind loads and can withstand higher temperatures than regular float glass.
Application
Tempered glass is commonly used in applications where safety is a concern, such as in shower enclosures/doors, table tops and building windows, skylights, and car windows, It is also used in architectural applications such as glass partitions, facades, railings, glass walls, and stair treads.

Lacquered Glass (Painted Glass)

Lacquered glass is a type of tempered or float glass that has a layer of paint or lacquer applied to one surface, typically the back surface. The paint or lacquer is applied in a controlled manner to ensure a smooth, even surface and then baked at high temperatures to create a durable, long-lasting finish. Lacquered glass is available in a wide range of colors and can be custom-matched to suit any design scheme. Glass is often used in interior design applications such as kitchen and bathroom splashback, pantry cupboard doors, wall cladding, and furniture. It is also used in commercial and hospitality settings for partitions, doors, and decorative features. One of the advantages of lacquered glass is that it is easy to clean and maintain. The smooth surface of the glass makes it resistant to stains and dirt, and it can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth. Additionally, the lacquer layer provides a degree of protection against scratches and abrasions.
Application
Glass is often used in interior design applications such as kitchen and bathroom splashback, pantry cupboard doors, wall cladding, and furniture. It is also used in commercial and hospitality settings for partitions, doors, and decorative features.

Wired Glass Fire Rated

Fire-rated Wired glass is a type of safety glass that is designed to provide both fire protection and impact resistance. Wired glass is made by embedding a mesh of wire within the glass during the manufacturing process. This wire mesh is intended to hold the glass together in the event of a fire, preventing it from shattering and potentially causing injury or damage and containing the fire.
Application
Wired glass is typically used in fire-rated windows, doors, and other building components where fire protection is required by building codes. The wire mesh helps to prevent the glass from breaking apart during a fire, thereby reducing the spread of flames and smoke.

Wired Glass Non Fire Rated

The wired glass that is not fire rated is a type of safety glass that is similar to fire-rated wired glass, but without fire-resistant properties. Like fire-rated wired glass, it has a wire mesh embedded within the glass during the manufacturing process. Non-fire-rated wired glass is commonly used in industrial and commercial settings where safety and impact resistance are important. It is often used in areas such as factories, workshops, and warehouses where there is a risk of breakage due to high levels of activity and movement. The wire mesh within the glass helps to hold the glass together in the event of an impact or breakage, reducing the risk of injury or damage. The wire mesh also provides additional strength and stiffness to the glass.
Application
Wired glass can be used in windows, doors, and other building components where safety and impact resistance are important.

Laminated Safety Glass

Laminated safety glass is a type of safety glass that is made by sandwiching a layer of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) between two or more layers of glass. The layers are then heated and pressed together to create a strong, durable bond. The PVB layer in laminated glass serves as an adhesive, holding the layers of glass together even when the glass is shattered. This helps to prevent the glass from breaking into sharp, dangerous pieces that could cause injury. Instead, the glass remains in place, held together by the PVB layer, and forms a spider web-like pattern that reduces the risk of injury.
Application
Laminated safety glass is used in a wide range of applications where safety and security are a concern. It is commonly used in car windshields, skylights, Glass rooftops, balcony handrails, railway carriages, bus - windows/windscreens, and building facades. It is also used in areas where break-ins are a concern, such as in storefront windows and doors.
